At the moment We have 7 estates that are open to the public both for the purpose of real estate investment and home ownership for residency.
Due to the nature of Nigeria’s economy, our products are very affordable and We also provide a flexible payment plan in Our quest to make the vast majority home owners.

Pella Global Services Ltd. is the finishing construction firm of the Pella Brand that is perfecting the art of finishing one home at a time. We have over 17 years of experience and Our interest is to turn every house into a beautiful home for Our esteemed clientele at a fair and pocket friendly price.
